Weatherby took over in the third, scoring twice more — including a marker set up by Charlie MacDonald and Willow Pellerine — before Martin struck in the final second to tighten it late for the Riverhawks (0-4-0). Harper Rushton chipped in with assists on the first two markers, while Valerie Caissie turned aside everything she faced to secure the shutout. Coach Jake Arsenault’s PEI (4-2-0) kept working for chances right to the end, but couldn’t find a way past Caissie as Impact (5-0-1) closed it out. The Force (0-4-0) kept pushing to close the gap, while coach Phil Dawson’s Trailblazers (1-2-1) saw out a 3-1 decision.

Force kept pushing and got a late reward when Olivia Sweeney scored unassisted at 3:30. The finish saw Force (2-3-0) battle to the horn, while Top Shelf (6-0-0) stayed perfect.

GREENFOOT - C — The Inferno broke through in the second period and went on to a 2-0 win over the Comets. Avery Parsons opened the scoring at 10:45, and Adrianna Pickett followed at 4:22 to provide the difference. Charlie Lyver turned in a shutout for the Inferno, while Paris Jennings kept the Comets close as the game stayed tight into the middle frame. The Comets (1-3-0) pushed for a response the rest of the way, but couldn’t solve Lyver. The Inferno (3-2-0) closed it out with a composed finish.
